ChicKiE^^  says, I live in New York, near the Delaware river, where New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey all come together. I was raised in Pennsylvania,is divorced. I found a life, and very happy. I was a dispatcher at the fire station before 911 came to the area. Then I got a job with 911. I am one of the original dispatchers to 911 seeing the progress from the start and it will never be finished in my lifetime. I retired from 911 after 24 years and before that working with the fire department dispatching and emergency management for the town, a total of 34 years of dispatching.

I also do a lot of photography, for myself and for the fire department. I have many photo albums to prove it and also the walls of the fire house rec. room shows it too. I have a pool. I enjoy in the summer and a hot tub all year long, even in below zero weather. (Lots of stories with the HOT TUB, ask Rick!!!!)

I have one daughter, married to Erin her hubby, and as of 2009 I have 4 grandchildren, Christie who is 20, Noah 15, and Jacob 12, and Luke 11. I am very proud of all of them.

I was a County 911 dispatcher in the fastest growing county in Pa.! I am certified as an NCIC Terminal Operator, Certified through Powerphone, EMD, and also APCO. I also hold a CPR certification. I love helping people and my job, and the people I work with are the greatest. Some are VERY SPECIAL TO ME, but enjoy working with everyone. We all keep each other "IN LINE", yea Right! I had been Dispatching starting with Matamoras Fire Dept in 1973. I was volunteering for the Port Jervis Vol. Ambulance Corp back in the 70's. I was the First Lt. of the Ambulance Corp for a year! I am with our local Pema as a Dispatcher also. We have had a few disasters in our area over the year's. One is the 81 Ice Jam with the Delaware River. Never forget that time. Our Center works close with the bordering states, and Emergency Personal there also. November 1999 I became a member of the Port Jervis Fire Department in Howard Wheat Hose 4. I am very proud to be a member. In 2001, I was elected to Secretary to my fire company, a lot of great people to work with. I have also join the Port Jervis Fire Police, was Secretary, Vice President, and now President of P.J.F.P.. I am Secretary to the Orange County Vol. Fire Police Association. I also belong to Pike County Fire Police Assn. & Orange County Fire Assn. We are putting together a convention and parade in Sept. President Scott Jewell has asked me to be one of the parade marshals. That is the greatest honor of all times for me. I am still speechless. I am working to be qualify to operate the Squirt and also the pump panel! Now you know why I chose to do this page the way I did. Guess you can say I've done it all! Chopin_, real name Macon, is a 50 year old male living in North Carolina with his wife Dawn. He works with and teaches in a facility for the developmentaly disadvantaged. He is an accomplished pianist and enjoys performing in public. Macon also writes poetry and has published two of his poems. He mostly enjoys computers, chating on irc and writing and experimenting with irc scripts.

ConE (pronounced Connie) lives in Wellington NZ, is 43 years of age and is a Registered Nurse who works shift work :-( at a local hospital. Divorced but lived with current partner for 5 years. Between them they have 5 kids - all grown up, thankfully- except for one (8 year old boy at home).

She loves IRC, is a Reiki III Degree (Partner is Reiki Master); enjoys cooking, eating (see pic!) cross stitch knitting, the beach and sunshine.

The picture on the right includes her partner, Nekt. It is a costume.

Cosmos is the official pilot of the coffeehouse. He pilots all in coming and out going flights and all planes flying around in the channel! If you look closely, you may see the effect his purple tights have on his wardrobe.

Crunch^ (E-Mail: Crunchis@home.com) is a 43 year old Cancer/Sag., 6' 3 1/2", 250# recently common-law (as of September 1st '98. YIPPEE!!). He is a businessman and writer living in Steveston - a small ocean fishing village in the southwest corner of picture-book Vancouver, Canada. As a businessman, he heads a private corporation. As a writer, his genres are historical fiction and behavioral science. With an overall focus of, "...for the sake and love of children," he writes either through a child's eyes or on their behalf, ...but he writes to adults. Self-published in book and published in a number of local magazines, his work has resulted in numerous feature interviews on a number of Vancouver's radio talk shows. He is also a major Mac user! Crunch^ loves sailing, white water rafting and all around playing, ...preferably in or on the ocean.
